Managing Partner Dr. Ginski ifounded BRS in early 2009 and, in addition to his leadership role, oversees BRS' rigorous quality control program. He is a 10 year veteran of the biotech and pharmaceutical industry - having worked for both startup and established firms. Dr. Ginski holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Technology Advisor Mr. Tognetti joined Dr. Ginski in early 2009 to assist with the information technology and operational aspects of BRS. His career in information technology spans 25 years across diverse industries such as electronics distribution, publishing, travel, fleet management and consulting. Mr. Tognetti has been in involved in several success IT startups as well as regularly speaking at industry events. He holds BS in Management Information Systems from Clarkson University.
